Eco Fashion Idea!
My theme is still based on a council estate in Liverpool and I wanted to try and combine something that I am doing and try an use a new specialism like fashion. Because I am starting a sewing course in September and I think it's fashion based I wanted to try and make use of the course by trying to incorporate it in to my studio practice. My theory was that I could use the influences of Norris Green like the appearance and try and come up with fashion designs. These designs will not be wearable for everyday life my idea is that they will be used for display. This was a spare of the moment idea and I quite excited to see what designs come out of it. This will not be the main part of my studio practice I just want to think outside the box of doing the usual arty things like draw, paint and photography. Just remember Fine Art can be anything!

This is the first piece I found when I researched ECO Fashion. I like this piece because it has been made out of recycled food packets. I don't know specifically who designed this piece or what the background about the piece is. I thought it would be a good inspiration piece to get me started.
This is a typical inspiration piece that I found in the same category as the top piece. I like the way they have used everyday styles with recycled materials.
I like this piece because it's more like what I am trying to aim for in my designs but with a wider range of recycled materials.
If anyone has a good ECO fashion designer they know could you please comment below and let me know? Thanks, Lyndsey!
